Terms for using the DISL website.

The rules that apply to access and use of the public DISL website and its informational resources.

Last updated: 23 September 2026
Website terms. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the public DISL website and its informational resources. A separate written agreement may apply to any enterprise service, API, wallet, payment, settlement or other product made available by DISL.

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms are provided by Digiway International Venture Pte. Ltd. (“Digiway”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the Singapore-incorporated company associated with DISL. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website purpose

The website provides corporate, product, technical and research information about DISL and related initiatives, including INRC. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, website content is informational only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or a commitment to provide a regulated financial service.

3. Products and availability

References to DISL Wallet, DISL Pay, DISL Business, DISL Treasury, INRC, APIs, settlement infrastructure or other products may describe products under development, pilot programmes, planned capabilities or services available only to eligible users. Availability, features, supported jurisdictions, transaction limits and eligibility may change without notice and may be subject to separate agreements, onboarding and compliance requirements.

4. INRC and digital assets

INRC is described in the current INRC Whitepaper as a private-sector, INR-denominated digital settlement token within the DISL ecosystem. It is not presented as RBI-issued currency, central bank money or e₹. Rights, issuance, redemption, transfer restrictions, reserve arrangements and network availability are governed by the applicable product documentation and agreements.

Nothing on this website guarantees a secondary-market price, liquidity, redemption outcome, availability on any third-party platform or continued operation of a particular blockchain network.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or entity, or use the website in connection with unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, DISL name and marks, visual design, text, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Digiway or its licensors. You may view and use public materials for legitimate informational and internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may refer to or link to third-party networks, infrastructure providers, blockchains, exchanges, custodians, data sources or websites. Those third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, risks and availability. DISL does not control third-party systems unless expressly stated.

8. Security and account responsibility

If a separate DISL service provides an account, wallet or credentials, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls and promptly reporting suspected compromise. You must not share authentication credentials or private keys except through an expressly supported secure process.

9. No warranties

The public website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or free from security vulnerabilities. Product-specific warranties, if any, will be stated in the relevant agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digiway and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the public website or reliance on general informational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights caused by your conduct.

12. Changes and suspension

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the public website or update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Any dispute relating to the public website will be subject to the applicable courts of Singapore, subject to mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law.

14. Contact
